About Joseph Kinyodah

I turn complex business problems into clear systems.

I work out what is actually costing a business money, then build the thing that fixes it — usually a website, a dashboard, better search visibility, or automation. Same person does the diagnosis and the building.

My perspective

Work out the problem first. Pick the tool second.

Most marketers hand you a campaign. Most developers hand you code. Neither asks whether that was the right thing to build. I sit between the two: work out what is actually broken, then build whatever fixes it.

Sometimes that is ads with proper tracking. Sometimes a faster website. Sometimes a CRM, an automated follow-up system, or a full product. The tool changes every time. The question does not: is this making the business more money than it costs?

A Computer Science degree focused on AI and machine learning means I can build it myself instead of writing a spec and hoping. Years of running marketing means I judge every technical decision on whether it brings customers in, not on whether it is clever.

What I bring

One person, start to finish.

No handovers between an agency, a developer, and whoever set up your tracking. That is where most projects quietly fall apart.

01

Finding the real problem

Working out what is actually costing you money before you spend anything trying to fix it.

02

Marketing you can measure

Ads, email, and reporting wired to the same tracking, so you can see what each one earned.

03

Websites that get enquiries

Built around what you sell and the step you want the visitor to take next.

04

Building the actual thing

CRMs, automation, AI tools, and full products — built to be used, not demoed.

Working principles

Straight answers, always.

Diagnose before selling

If you do not need what I sell, I will tell you that instead of selling it to you anyway.

Report honestly

Numbers that help you decide something, not charts picked because they happen to go up.

Stay until it works

I build it myself, so there is nobody to blame when a plan meets reality. That is the point.

Something not working?

Tell me what is broken. I will tell you what it costs to fix.
