Outcomes

Work that shipped, with the links to prove it.

No invented percentages and no logos we once sat near. These are engagements where a specific problem was diagnosed and something was built to fix it — most of them public, so you can go and look.

Evidence

Selected engagements.

Each one started with a problem that was not where it first looked, and ended with something running in production.

AI SaaS · Product

OctoMarketer

Built and launched a live AI marketing platform that unifies Google Ads, YouTube, and cold email. Delivered independently from strategy through infrastructure.

The problem Campaign data lived in three disconnected platforms, so nobody could see what a channel actually produced without a manual export.

What we did Designed, built, and shipped the whole product — data model, integrations, infrastructure, and interface — as a single operator rather than a handed-off spec.

Google Ads management

Managed search and display campaigns with structured reporting, bid optimisation, and conversion tracking across multiple industries.

The problem Accounts were spending steadily with no conversion tracking underneath them, so performance could be described but never proved.

What we did Rebuilt tracking first, restructured campaigns around the conversions that mattered, then cut wasted spend on a weekly schedule.

Ustawi donor outreach

Built an end-to-end AI-powered cold email system with LLM personalisation, scaling donor acquisition without adding headcount.

The problem Donor outreach was manual and capped by how many personalised emails one person could write in a week.

What we did Built a pipeline that researches each prospect, drafts a genuinely specific message, and sequences follow-ups automatically.

Growth Through Learning

Designed a clear web presence for a global education nonprofit, giving its mission, programmes, and supporter journey a focused digital home.

The problem The mission was compelling in person and unclear online, with no obvious next step for a supporter who wanted to help.

What we did Structured the site around the supporter journey, so every page ends somewhere useful instead of trailing off.

Ajale Enterprises

Created a responsive business website that presents the company, its offer, and the next step for prospective customers with clarity.

The problem No web presence at all, in a market where buyers check you exist before they call.

What we did A fast, mobile-first site that says what the company does and makes contacting it the easiest thing on the page.

How we report

Judged against the problem, not the activity.

Every engagement is measured on the thing it was hired to fix. If the number did not move, that is what the report says.

Before

A baseline you agree to

What the number is today, written down before anything is built. Without it, any result afterwards can be argued into looking good.

During

Reports that mention money

Cost per enquiry, enquiries created, and revenue attributed — with reach and impressions kept where they belong, in the footnotes.

After

An honest verdict

Whether it worked, what we would do differently, and if the answer is that you should stop spending on something, we say so.

Questions

Answered before you ask.

The things people want to know before they book a call. Straight answers, including the prices.

Why are there no percentage increases on this page?

Because most of the numbers agencies publish cannot be checked, and the ones that can are usually cherry-picked from a good quarter. What is listed here is what was actually built and shipped, with links where the work is public so you can look at it yourself.

Can I speak to a previous client?

Yes. Ask on the call and we will put you in touch with someone whose situation resembles yours, once we have their permission. That is a more useful reference than a testimonial written to be quotable.

Do you work with businesses my size?

The work here ranges from a single-owner business needing a first website to a production SaaS platform. What the projects have in common is a specific problem and a fixed price, not a company size.

What does a typical engagement look like?

A call to work out what is actually broken, a written scope with a fixed price you approve before anything starts, then build, launch, and a measurement against the problem we set out to fix. Nothing is billed by the hour.

Not sure which one you need?

Tell us what is not working. We will tell you what it costs to fix.
