Analytics & tracking

Stop guessing which marketing actually makes money.

Traffic, rankings, and clicks are activity. I connect websites, SEO, Google Ads, email, and funnels to enquiries and revenue so the next budget decision is based on evidence.

$300 or $750 one-time

Sound familiar?

Three things quietly costing you money.

If none of these describe you, this is not the right service. Say so on the call and we will point you at the one that is, or tell you that you do not need us.

Blind spots

Forms arrive without a source

You get an enquiry but cannot tell which page, search, or campaign produced it.

Bad data

The dashboard counts the wrong things

Duplicate events, internal visits, and untested conversions make clean-looking reports unreliable.

Decisions

Spend goes up. Confidence does not.

Without cost per qualified enquiry or customer, increasing or cutting a channel is still a guess.

What gets measured

Track the actions that change a business decision.

The goal is not more charts. It is a short, tested path from marketing activity to an enquiry, customer, or sale.

01

Measurement plan

Define the few actions that matter and the questions the reporting must answer.

02

GA4 and Tag Manager

Configure clean analytics and manageable event tracking in accounts you own.

03

Conversion tracking

Test forms, calls, bookings, purchases, or qualified-lead events end to end.

04

Campaign attribution

Use consistent UTMs and platform connections so traffic sources remain identifiable.

05

Useful dashboard

Show the numbers needed to decide—not every metric the tools happen to collect.

06

Handover and verification

Receive documentation, access, and proof that each important event fires correctly.

Pricing

Two setups. Both paid once.

Choose the smaller setup for one website and a few core conversions, or the complete system when leads move across several tools.

Software subscriptions, call-tracking numbers, and paid dashboard tools are separate if the chosen stack needs them.

Make the decision

Use the numbers, not a hunch.

These free resources show you what to measure before you spend.

How it works

Three steps. No surprises.

The same process every time, so you always know what happens next and what it costs.

Step 1

Define what counts

Agree which actions represent a useful lead, customer, or sale before configuring tools.

Step 2

Install and test

Set up the events, tags, consent behavior, and platform connections, then verify each path.

Step 3

Report the decision

Build the smallest dashboard that shows where results came from and what decision the data supports.

Questions

Answered before you ask.

The things people want to know before they book a call. Straight answers, including the prices.

How much does analytics and tracking setup cost?

Tracking setup is $300 once for one website and up to five core conversion events. Measurement system is $750 once and adds more events, platform connections, CRM or offline-conversion mapping, and a custom dashboard.

Which tools do you work with?

The standard stack is Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and a practical dashboard. CRM and call-tracking connections depend on the tools your business already uses.

Can you fix an existing GA4 or Tag Manager setup?

Yes. Both packages can begin with an audit and repair instead of a clean installation. Duplicate events, missing conversions, referral problems, and account ownership are checked first.

Will this tell me exactly which sale came from each channel?

It can improve attribution substantially, but no analytics platform observes every customer journey perfectly. The setup documents known gaps and avoids presenting modeled or incomplete data as certainty.

Is ongoing optimisation included?

No. These are one-time analytics setups. Ongoing testing and conversion improvements are covered by the separate Conversion Rate Optimisation service.

Who owns the analytics accounts?

You do. GA4, Tag Manager, dashboards, and advertising connections stay in accounts controlled by your business.
