Website design & development

A website that turns visitors into paying customers.

Most business websites just sit there looking nice. Yours gets one job: get the visitor to pick up the phone or fill in the form. Four fixed prices, from $400 to $2,000. You see the exact scope and the exact price before you commit — no hourly billing, no surprise invoice at the end.

$400 – $2,000 one-time

Sound familiar?

Three things quietly costing you money.

If none of these describe you, this is not the right service. Say so on the call and we will point you at the one that is, or tell you that you do not need us.

Revenue

People visit. Then they leave.

You are getting traffic. Almost none of it turns into an enquiry. Every visitor who leaves without acting is money you already spent to get there — and you never see it again.

Visibility

Nobody can find you

You do not come up on Google. And when someone asks ChatGPT to name a company like yours, it lists three competitors and skips you. You never even find out it happened.

Operations

Enquiries go missing

Someone fills in your form on Friday. It lands in a personal inbox, gets buried under everything else, and you answer on Tuesday. By then they have hired somebody who answered the same day.

What you get

Built to get you enquiries, not compliments.

A nice-looking site that nobody acts on is an expensive brochure. Here is what every package does instead.

01

Every page pushes one action

We decide what you want a visitor to do, then build the whole page to move them toward it. No dead ends. No 'contact us' hidden in the footer.

02

It loads fast on a phone

More than half your visitors are on mobile. If a page takes more than about three seconds, most of them are gone before they see anything. Yours will not.

03

Google and AI can actually read it

Proper page structure, titles, and schema markup, so search engines rank you and AI assistants can describe what you sell instead of guessing.

04

You can see what is working

Analytics from day one. On Growth and up you can see which page, ad, or post produced each enquiry — so you stop guessing where to spend.

05

Enquiries reach you the same minute

Forms that work, block spam, and on Growth and up drop straight into your CRM. Nothing sits unread over a weekend.

06

You own all of it

The code, the domain, every account, all in your name. Plus a walkthrough so you can change your own text without paying anyone to do it.

Pricing

Four packages. One price each.

Pick by how big the site is and how much you need to measure. You pay once. Nothing renews, and no retainer is attached unless you ask for one.

Domain and hosting go on your own card, at cost — usually under $20 a month. If you would rather someone else handle updates, monitoring, and reporting, care plans start at $100 a month. They are optional.

These prices cover the scope listed above. If you need something bigger — a complex integration, a data migration, custom software — you get a fixed quote after the call, before any work starts.

How it works

Three steps. No surprises.

The same process every time, so you always know what happens next and what it costs.

Step 1

Work out who has to say yes

Who visits, what they need to see before they trust you, and what is stopping them now. Nothing gets designed until that is clear.

Step 2

Agree it before we build

You see the structure, the wording, and the layout, and sign off on it. Changing a plan is cheap. Changing a finished site is not.

Step 3

Build, launch, hand over

We build it, test it on real devices, connect the tracking, and give you the keys. Your rounds of changes are included in the price.

Questions

Answered before you ask.

The things people want to know before they book a call. Straight answers, including the prices.

How much does a business website cost?

A business website from Joseph K Creative costs between $400 and $2,000, paid once. $400 gets you up to 3 pages. $750 gets up to 6 pages set up to rank on Google. $1,000 gets up to 10 pages plus tracking that shows which visitors turn into enquiries. $2,000 gets 12 or more pages including an online shop or booking system.

What do I get for $400?

Up to 3 pages, or one scrolling page. It looks right on phones, tablets, and desktops. It has a contact form that reaches your inbox, basic Google setup so you can be found, Google Analytics installed, and one round of changes. It is usually live in about a week.

Will I have to keep paying every month?

No. The build fee is paid once and the site is yours. You pay for your own domain and hosting directly, which is normally under $20 a month. If you want someone handling updates and reporting for you, care plans start at $100 a month, but nothing obliges you to take one.

How long until my site is live?

About a week for Launch, two weeks for Business, three for Growth, and four to six for Systems. The clock starts when you send your text and logo, and the main thing that slows a project down is waiting on feedback.

Do I own the website?

Yes, completely. The code, the domain, and every analytics and ads account created for the project are registered in your name and handed to you at launch. If you ever want to work with someone else, you can — nothing is locked to us.

Can you fix my existing site instead of starting again?

Yes. A rebuild is priced against the same four packages based on how many pages you end up with and how much tracking you need. If your text and images can be reused, it usually costs less than starting from scratch.

Which package do I need?

Take Launch if you just need to look credible quickly. Take Business if you need Google to find you. Take Growth if you are spending money on ads and need to know which clicks turn into customers. Take Systems if you sell or take bookings online. If you are unsure, book a call and we will tell you which one — including if the answer is the cheapest one.

Not sure which one you need?

Tell us what is not working. We will tell you what it costs to fix.
