What we fix

More ads will not fix any of these.

Most businesses answer a slow month by spending more on advertising. If one of these six is the real problem, that money goes straight down the drain. Here is each one, how it shows up, and exactly which service fixes it.

Every fix below has a published price. No form first.

Sound familiar?

Six problems, and what each one actually costs you.

Read them as symptoms rather than categories. The one that stings is usually the one to start with.

Revenue Traffic is fine. The form is quiet.

People visit. Nobody buys.

You are paying to get visitors and almost none of them contact you. Spending more on traffic just means paying more for the same silence.

What fixes it

A website built so every page pushes one action

Website design · $400 – $2,000 one-time
Visibility You are on page two, and absent from the AI answer.

Nobody can find you

You do not come up on Google for the things you sell. And when someone asks ChatGPT to name a company like yours, it lists three competitors and skips you — with no notification that it happened.

What fixes it

Search foundations plus the structure AI assistants quote from

SEO & AI search · $100 – $500/mo
Revenue Spend is measurable. Return is not.

You cannot tell if the ads made money

The invoice from Google is precise to the cent. What came back from it is a screenshot of impressions and a shrug. So the decision to spend more, or stop, gets made on a feeling.

What fixes it

Campaigns tracked end to end and reported on cost per enquiry

Paid media · $500 – $2,000/mo
Operations You reply in days. They decided in hours.

Leads go cold in an inbox

Enquiries sit in a spreadsheet or a personal inbox until someone remembers them. Somebody asks about pricing on Friday and hears back on Tuesday, by which time they have booked with whoever replied first.

What fixes it

Instant replies and leads pushed straight into your CRM

Social automation · $200 – $500/mo
Operations Consistent for a month. Silent for the next two.

You post for three weeks, then stop

Work gets busy and posting is the first thing to go. The algorithm stops showing you, the audience you spent months building forgets you exist, and you start again from zero.

What fixes it

A month of content approved ahead and published automatically

Social automation · $200 – $500/mo
Visibility Six tools, one spreadsheet, no answer.

You cannot tell what is working

Money going out across four channels and no way to say which one brought the customers in. So you keep paying for all of them, including the ones doing nothing at all.

What fixes it

One screen pulling every channel together, updated automatically

Business dashboards · $1,500 – $3,000 build + $100 – $300/mo
How we decide

The obvious problem is rarely the expensive one.

Before anything gets built we work backwards from where people are actually dropping out — because fixing the wrong end is the most common way marketing money disappears.

Step 1

Follow the money out

Where do people arrive, where do they leave, and what happens to the ones who do get in touch? The gap between those three usually names the problem on its own.

Step 2

Fix the cheapest constraint first

If the page does not convert, more traffic just costs more. We start with whichever fix makes everything downstream of it worth doing.

Step 3

Measure it against the problem

Every engagement is judged against the thing it was supposed to fix — and if it did not move, you get told that rather than shown a graph of impressions.

The services

Five things we build.

Each page lists the packages, exactly what you get at that price, and the questions people ask before booking.

Questions

Answered before you ask.

The things people want to know before they book a call. Straight answers, including the prices.

How do I know which of these is my actual problem?

Usually it is not the one that feels most urgent. A quiet month feels like an advertising problem, so people buy more ads — but if the page those clicks land on does not convert, more traffic just costs more. On the call we work backwards from where people are actually dropping out, and tell you which one it is even when that means selling you something cheaper.

What if more than one of these describes me?

That is the normal case, and they are usually connected. Being invisible on Google and having a site that does not convert are the same problem viewed from two ends. We fix them in the order that gets you money soonest, and combined work costs less than buying each piece separately.

What if none of these describe me?

Then say so on the call and we will tell you honestly whether we are any use to you. Some businesses do not have a marketing problem — they have a pricing problem, a capacity problem, or an offer problem, and none of those are fixed by building something.

Do I have to fix everything at once?

No. Almost nobody does. Most people start with the one thing that is costing the most money right now, see whether it worked, and then decide. Every service is priced separately and published, so you can start small without committing to a programme.

How much does it cost to fix one of these?

Websites are a one-off $400 to $2,000. Dashboards are $1,500 to $3,000 to build then $100 to $300 a month. SEO and AI search is $100 to $500 a month. Social media automation is $200 to $500 a month. Paid media management is $500 to $2,000 a month. Every figure is published on the service pages.
